Our modern manufacturing facility in Clondalkin is designed logistically to progress projects rapidly, whatever the size or time scale. We have an extremely loyal and skilled workforce whilst maintaining a material degree of operational leverage through flexible workforce arrangements to position the company appropriately to respond quickly to and meet customer demands.

Our procurement department has developed excellent trading relations with all of our suppliers who we regard as key stakeholders in our business. We brief our suppliers continuously on our pipeline on the long-term requirements in order to minimise any possible material delays. Our aim is to supply the best quality components at a competitive price.

The Davenham engineering department has gained vast experience over 35 years carrying out detailed design work in various sectors such as pharmaceutical, semiconductor, food and beverage and datacenter. Going forward, these projects provide the company with an opportunity to demonstrate its skills in the design and manufacture of complex fast track projects, by drawing upon our cumulative knowledge and experience built over three decades.

Stringent tests are carried out in the workshop on all projects manufactured by Davenham. Results are recorded both to apply learning experience to future projects and also as a means of providing learnings to our technical staff. Each project is supplied with an operating and maintenance manual. These can be supplied in electronic format, if required.
